All the products sold by BW are strictly sourced from suppliers that ONLY work with human-grade meats. All of our products are antibiotic, steroid, and hormone-free. We ensure that our vendors know that we do not work with any meats that have been enhanced. Enhanced means they have not been injected with a sodium solution which is common in the meat industry. We also do not purchase any meats that have been cleaned with any type of acid solution. All of our products have been tested by our vendors before hitting the markets and have passed USDA inspection.
Every product has an item description on its product page. We try to offer as much information as possible on each specific item. In some cases, we even link to the farm where the product is sourced from.
