Our Shipping Policy
How We Do It
BeyondWhiskers is the operator of (https://beyondwhiskers.com). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service.
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs are free to all the USA, Alaska, HI, & PR, If you see a shipping charge, please message us so we can fix it for you.
Shipping costs to all other Countries will be determined at checkout
3.1 NO Returns on Perishable items, wearable items, Vitamins, Nutrients, or Pesticides, that have been marked as delivered. These items include all edible items, Treats, Food, drinks, soups, drops, pills, flea and ticks, or powders.
3.1/2 Returns due to your pet not liking: No returns will be accepted if your order has been marked as delivered, see section 3.1/3 for help with refusing your package before delivery. We do not guarantee your pet will like our products, just like people, pets can be picky too. We offer 1 oz samples on all of our pet treats, if you have a picky pet, try them first!
Refusing an item before delivery
3.1/3 The best way to return an item that has already shipped, but you did not receive yet and the item hasn't been marked as delivered, is to meet the carrier outside, when the carrier tries to deliver your item, tell them you wish to refuse the delivery. If you are unable to meet the carrier, Another way is to call your local postal service, give them your tracking information, your name, address, and estimated delivery date, and ask them to refuse the package when it arrives at their facility. This way it will not cost you anything for return shipping. Once it receives a refused return scan a refund will be issued, if you would like to exchange the item instead, please send us a message.
3. 1/4 All other items for return Return must have a return scan by the carrier of your choice within 7 days after receiving your item, shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will you be required to arrange to ship, once the item is received back to us, we will issue a refund minus The original shipping cost that we paid to get the item to you since we paid the carrier to get the item to you and it is non-refundable, you will be responsible for that cost.
In the USA-Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to your original payment method minus any original shipping fee we incurred, since the shipping we paid to the carrier to get the item to you, is non-refundable to us. We will notify you via email.

3.2 Warranty Returns only
Beyondwhiskers doesn't offer a warranty on any product unless the item warrants a warranty.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time Domestically
BeyondWhiskers has a 1-3 day order processing time
once shipped, In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 1 - 5 days
Some delays may occur during shipping of unforeseen shipping issues with the shipping carrier, we do ask if you see any issues contact us so we can look into the issue.
4.2 Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at the checkout.
4.4 For Same-Day Shipping
Orders placed before 9 AM - EDT (UTC-04) will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day.
Our warehouse operates Monday - Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
4.4 Change Of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Once the item is marked shipped, we'll be unable to change the delivery address.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
BeyondWhiskers will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer any other courier services to these locations.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer any other courier services to these locations.
4.7 Items Out Of Stock
While we try to keep an accurate count of our items, some items may become unavailable only after we notice there is an issue during the picking process of your order. If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send you an email asking if you would like to wait for the items to become available or get a refund on the items not available.
4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation since we are not aware of any issues unless you bring them to our attention.
5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes for Countries out of the USA
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and beyondwhiskers encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to beyondwhiskers at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
If you change your mind before you receive your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order
has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim, this can take up to 30 business days.
